ACH Custom Homes was founded by Antoine Iskandar in 1999, after receiving a Masters Degree in Architecture from Savannah College of Art and Design. At a young age Antoine was on building sites and designing living spaces. Having come from a family of builders, Antoine put his creative ability together with his passion for building to form a design/build business second to none in 1999. He created ACH because of his passion for building. As he has said, “As an award winning builder of luxury custom homes, we blend elegance with modern innovation. We are different from other builders because our eye for design is coupled with our team’s passion to build extraordinary homes. This creates the wow factor found in the homes we build.”

We also work closely with architects and are known for the highest quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
